Terms of Service

1. Overview

Dappso (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is a decentralized finance (DeFi) navigation and aggregation platform operated by Novade Pte Ltd. The Platform provides users with access to various DeFi protocols and tools, including but not limited to token swaps, cross-chain bridging, and stablecoin exchanges.

The Platform itself is not a transaction executor. All transactions are completed through independent third-party decentralized protocols. When using these features, users interact directly with the corresponding smart contracts or third-party service providers.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Your use of the Platform is lawful in your country or region
• You have the capability to assess the risks associated with DeFi products and are willing to bear such risks independently
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to sanctions lists (including OFAC and equivalent authorities)

The Platform does not provide services to users in any jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency or DeFi-related services is prohibited by applicable law. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Using the Platform and related DeFi services involves substantial risks, including but not limited to:

• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile; you may lose your entire principal
• Smart Contract Risk: Third-party protocol smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or be subject to exploits
• Liquidity Risk: Transactions may experience slippage or fail to execute due to insufficient liquidity
• Network Risk: Blockchain network congestion may cause transaction delays or failures
• Regulatory Risk: DeFi regulations continue to evolve across jurisdictions; future regulatory changes may affect service availability

Novade Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the Platform or any third-party protocols.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates the following types of third-party services:

• Fiat Exchange Services: Provided by licensed payment institutions. When users purchase cryptocurrency using fiat currency, they are subject to the terms and compliance requirements of the respective service provider
• Decentralized Protocols: Including but not limited to swap, cross-chain bridge, and stablecoin protocols. The Platform provides navigation access only and does not control or operate these protocols
• Data Services: Market data and on-chain data are provided by third-party data providers. The Platform does not guarantee their accuracy

Users should independently review and accept the terms of any third-party services they use.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand identities, interface designs, and written content on the Platform are the property of Novade Pte Ltd. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore with competent jurisdiction.
